Macroeconomics   Belarus Infrastructure Monitoring 2007   The fourth issue of the Monitoring provides analysis of reforms in railway, road, telecommunication, gas and electricity sectors in Belarus in 2006. It contains a detailed review of the reforms in each of the five sectors that supplements the numerical evaluation. Appendices summarize the evaluation in tabular form and provide methodological explanations and detailed comments for each indicator.
